This material is important keep on the CSCF website – to provide to parents as a resource, so they know what is being taught in public schools.
Let parents decide if this is a priority for their child’s education. If they want their child to receive this education, they can teach it to their children or keep them in the public schools.
For parents who find this material offensive and immoral, then our School Choice initiative provides the ultimate Opt-Out to protect their child’s mind and sexuality.

The California School Choice Foundation is dedicated to bringing more choices in education to all K-12 students.

We are working to see that all children can go to the government, private and parochial school of their choice by bringing the free market into education. Imagine every K-12 student having $12,500 each year into their very own Education Savings Account to help pay tuition.

    But wait there's more!

    Home School students share accumulates.

    Imagine having $120,000

waiting for your child to be used for college or vocational training after they graduate.

We acknowledge the need to Empower the Parents in California to be free and able to home-school or send their K-12 children to the government, charter, private or parochial school of their choice.

Therefore we support California School Choice Foundation's mission to end our children being trapped by their zip code in a failing school.

We know that if all parents have access to their share of the States education budget and can spend it where they choose to help pay tuition, competition will force all schools both government and private to improve performance and lower costs in order to register students.

Say Yes, to Education Freedom in California!

Excellent list of resources for those considering homeschooling. Upto 40% of families considering homeschooling this fall, given the Covid-19 pandemic according to recent Real Clear Politics poll. Hope that many homeschoolers will support the school choice ballot initiative – Educational Freedom Act, which will make homeschooling and future college education more financially feasible.

As a physician, I believe that closure of schools is unnecessary and unwarranted, given how the extremely low incidence of clinically-significant infections and complications. We actually want children to develop immunity to Covid-19 as part of a herd immunity strategy. I agree with the author that it will be very harmful to the mental health of children, to return to a school with masks, gloves and social distancing requirements. It creates a sterile, unwelcoming and uncaring environment and leads to a sense of isolation, making development of friendship difficult.
